MicroJet Team Safety Brief

This brief is given at the beginning of every semester.  It covers all of the safety topics salient to construction of an aircraft in a hangar.

**IMPORTANT NOTE**  It's a well-established phenomenon in the safety community that one has to fight to maintain the focus of any non-safety individuals during this kind of presentation.  To that end, there is quite a lot more personality injected into this than I otherwise would add to a professional presentation.  There are also several images in the presentation depicting severe injuries, several of which are gory.  Viewer discretion advised.

Project |02

Orbiter "D" Hatch Hazard Analysis

Final project for CSO 410 - Space Operations Planning and Analysis.  Slideshow indicates hazards.  Mitigations, procedures and flight rules are included in the attached written report.  I wrote all procedures and flight rules.

Other group participants are Mr. Calvin Baker and Mr. Robert Consolo

Project |03

M^3 - Mapping Mars' Moons: Phobos and Deimos Resource Survey Mission

This is the CSO 490 capstone project.  This project requires students to take a commercial space concept through several mock reviews.  In this particular project, we are working up a planned robotic mission to Mars' moons, Phobos and Deimos to survey for resources that could be potentially useful to Mars colonization efforts.  This will be updated periodically through May 2015 as the project is ongoing.

Other group participants are Mr. Calvin Baker, Ms. Tara Halt, and Ms. Gwen Mazzotta.

Project |04

Mare Infinitum, Inc.

This is the final project for Human Spaceflight Training and Operations.  This project requires students to generate a commercial space concept and develop a spaceflight participant and/or commercial astronaut.  In this particular project, I developed a spaceflight system that launches a small Gemini-like capsule with one participant and one astronaut from a stratospheric nearspace station.

Final grade: 91%
